Default Flakey Steering Wheel Audio Controls

Anyone else have an issue with the steering wheel audio controls being flakey?

I'd say 50-70% of the time, the left side control rocker won't advance to the next track.
Sometimes if I repeatedly hit the rocker after 10-20 pushes it will work. Other times, I hop in my car and it works perfectly.

    Anyone else have this issue?
I'm trying to decide if this is an issue with the rocker part, or just some quirk of the 8.4 Uconnect system.
    Thanks!

Sounds like it may be the switch, but I dunno for sure. I'd let the dealer look at it and hae them swap out the switch.

Thank you! Good to know. I've got an oil change coming up, so I'll get them to look at it then!

Thanks for the info. Of my 3 vehicles, one does have that intermittent issue with that switch. Is there a TSB for the problem, or just a revised switch ?

Finally got my car in this week for an oil change and to address the rocker issue.
Of course I couldn't reproduce the issue when I took it in, and of course they couldn't reproduce it either.

I hate that crap... If I tell you something isn't working half the time, but can't show you, I shouldn't be treated like I'm a lying idiot.
Luckily, they finally said they would replace it.
Now, if I can only get them to search for the clicking noise that is driving me crazy when I drive on windy days (that I can't reproduce when I take my car in.)
