I accidently snapped off the plastic handle on the passenger seat that lays it down for back seat passengers. How hard is that to replace? 2012 200 rag top.

Is the passenger seat power or manual? Did the shaft end break off with the handle (#9) or (#11)?
If so, that is only serviced as an adjuster assembly (#6) or seatback assembly (#1).
The Sebring/200/Avenger from 2007-2014 will work.

Manual seat:

Power seat (drivers side shown). The handle on the seatback (#14) is serviced with the seatback (#1).
The 200/Avenger seatback frame from 2012-2014 will work.
Most salvage yards will sell you the complete seat instead of seat parts:

Ah, that's better. The black dump-latch handle (1HM12DX9AD) is discontinued. Google around, someone might have one somewhere. I don't know about the chances of finding a used one.
The beige handle is still available as Mopar #1HM12HL1AD.
These can be painted to match.
The plastic broke somewhat easily after a few years in the sun.
