Hello I'd like some feedback on what to do with my car which appears to have a security issue. In the beginning of the problem it would start and die like 3 seconds later, it did this several times then it just wouldn't do anything all the light and electrical would come on so its not a battery issue. I have been trying all the reset this and that, lock the door unlock the door disconnect the battery and so forth. When I tried the use your key to unlock the door my alarm went off. Currently now sitting with the key turned to the on position. I don't have a Manuel does anyone know which fuse in the fuse box is the one that actually works the alarm? and does anyone know about how much its going to cost if I have to take it to the dealer for this issue.

Welcome to the forum. Do you have a 2nd key to try? That way we can tell if it is a defective key or a problem with the security system.
The theft security system is embedded. There is no fuse or anything that a crook could use to disable the system.

Is the red dot (#22) lit? If so, there may be useful fault codes stored in the WIN/WCM? Is the car still disabled?
Do you or do you know someone with a capable scan tool (more than an OBD2 engine code reader) that could read security system-related codes?

In order to diagnose this a 2nd key would be useful. Having a 2nd key is a good idea in cases of loss or failure.
A mobile locksmith isn't cheap, but may be cheaper than a tow & shop diagnostic charge (if the key is the problem).
