Please help. My car makes a horrible noise. I replaced the camshaft sensor and did a oil change so the car will run. But I still have 5 codes P0204 shows 2 times and P000A shows 3 times. 2 mechanics say it’s the camshaft (not the sensor but the actual rod) and 1 mechanic says it’s the Rocker arm. However I can not find a rocker arm for my 2.4 engine they only show for 3.6 as if they do not exist in a 2.4 engine. Please help. I really appreciate it.

In your previous thread, you thought that it was a 3.6L, but it is a 2.4L? Is it a clicking or knocking noise under the top cover? Has the top cover been off for a visual inspection?
P0204 is a # 4 fuel injector circuit (not necessarily the injector itself).
P0000A is an intake cam VVT (sluggish) code. The VVT cleaning procedure in the first thread still applies to this engine.
The 2.4L has a Multi-Air valvetrain.
If the oil pressure sensor is broken, that needs repair before continuing anything else. Has the oil been changed with the correct 5W-20?
Start with the simple things. Always diagnose first. Find out what part is making the noise.

Yes. It’s a 2.4 I was mistaken. Yes it is a knocking/clinking noise.
So the circuit should have looked at, just to confirm? After looking at the oil pressure sensor.
Yes I used 5w-20
Yes I use the 5w-20, it is a knocking/ clinking noise.

And to confirm you are saying i should check the oil pressure sensor first. Then they should look at the fuel injector circuit?
Thank you so much

I do know I have needed an oil change but the sensor is broken.
The 'sensor' is broken? Do you mean the dipstick?

If the oil pressure sensor is working and the oil light stays out, that part should be good.
The valve cover will have to come off, unless the mechanic did this already to confirm a camshaft problem. Did he verify a damaged camshaft by seeing it? Or was it a guess by listening to the noise?
Don't worry about the fuel injector at this time. Let's concentrate on the mechanical engine problem first.

The cover is held on by bolts (7) & studs (6). 9 & 10 are rubber gasket & seals. You may be able to re-use this if it isn't stretched or torn.

On top of the head, you will see the camshaft (7), the rockers (5) & (9).
#2 is the MultiAir assembly. Those 4 parts pointing upwards are the OCV (oil control valves). Look for metallic flakes. Look for what the mechanic thought was wrong with it.
Look for wear or loose/broken parts.
