I am fixing someone else's mess up on my girlfriends car and her rotor retaining screw is nowhere to be found. I have looked everywhere auto parts are sold and can't seem to find it. Can someone please tell me where I can get this, or at least the size of it or something.?

Welcome to the forum. I see a Mopar part number 6509906AA. A Google search, 'mopar 6509906aa' shows some around. It is a special screw & not likely to be found in generic form.

This is the dimensions, but it still is a unique shape.
Apparently discontinued, but they are still out there. This part isn't that critical. It does 'index' the rotor to the hub so runout sums are kept to a minimum. As long as the rotor goes back on in the same position, you should be OK.

200_S_AWD is correct. Just make sure all the lug bolt holes are lined up and carefully install the wheel and lug bolts. Depending on where you live it’ll be rusted into place and will stay lined up the next time the wheel is removed
