Chrysler 200 2015 come with Apple CarPlay?? If that is correct I can used CarPlay wireless adapter??

Welcome to the forums. You may be able to use an adapter. FCA began using CarPlay in 2017 and not on the 200.

If you search the forum you'll find a few posts about this topic. It pretty much comes down to you'd have to replace the head unit with an aftermarket one along with the appropriate adapter to talk to the car's electronics. At least one poster did try to get a newer Uconnect head unit to work in a 2015+ 200 and it didn't work.
The 200 is not supported.
