Since I could not find any how to's on changing these Bulbs in the Premium light group cars I thought I would post a few pics. I recently changed the stock D3S bulbs to a 5500K Bulb to get the whiter light that would match the LED Fogs.

First open this door in the wheel well. Turn the top plastic screw 1/4 turn. I took the tires off but you could probably can do it without removing them

You will see this with the cover removed

Take the dust cover off to access the bulb. This is what you have

Notice the factory bulbs are Osram. Unplug the connector, Just pull down, undo the clip and remove the Bulb. Wear some plastic gloves and make sure not to touch the glass. I wiped the bulbs down with an alcohol swab before I put the new ones in

are the 12000k not as bright, i thought would have been brighter
The bluer the color of the light, the less light output there is. You start losing serious light output at 6000K. Your lights will be super purple at 12000K, which pretty much kills any usable light.

I have a Chrysler 200, 2016 and want to upgrade the headlight bulbs for better white color lightning. I have found an online store offering D3S Xenon HID replacement bulbs in different color variations such as: 4300K, 6000K, 8000K and 10000K. What would you recommend? And suggest if you I should buy from them. Here is the product
