Welcome to the forum Dixiestarr265 !

As a new member with a question, the first thing I will ask you is this.
Has the battery been changed yet ? These cars must have a fully charged battery at all times.
Have all applicable recalls and software updates been performed ?

Then it's time to contact Chrysler / FCA customer assistance.
Send a PM to Chrysler Cares and allow them time to respond.
( Click here and look for "private message" on the left side of the page under your name ) https://www.200forums.com/forum/203-chryslercares.html
Most of what you describe sounds like it could be attributed to some of the software updates and one of the major recalls.
Ask if another dealer is available to inspect your car.
Let us know what happens.
You could also call Chrysler and ask for help. 800-247-9753
