So I got about 4000 miles on my 2016 200 with Pentastar v6. I went the first 1000 miles on regular gas, then I switched to e85 and recently back to 87 octane. As you can see in the graph, I log everything as I drive a lot.
One thing I noticed that the gas mileage is actually better on e85 than the computer displays, whereas on 87 octane the gas mileage is worse than the computer displays. In the end, with mixed driving, there is barely any difference in cost, if any at all, per mile driven. If e85 was more available I think I would fill it all the time, even though it is annoying to only get around 260 miles per tank instead of 350 on 87 octane. I'll post it again once I get closer to 10k miles and see if there is any difference. The big benefit is that e85 runs cleaner. So if I have to use a fuel injector as recommended every 3000 miles because regular gasoline doesn't burn as clean e85 turns out to be much cheaper. That being said, who actually puts fuel system cleaner in their car every 3000 miles...
