I'm back .
I need to change the follow item:
Tool Bicycle part Household hardware Font Hand tool


In rockauto this is outmof stock.
So I found another one similar but with different part number:
Tool Bicycle part Composite material Font Auto part


Both are the same part. May I use the Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 5147774AC instead of MOPAR 68100895AB ?

Its hard to say. I would say unless you have both parts in your possession and can measure the key dimensions on it. I would say no.

DEA brand was not favorably reviewed in 'Bob is the oil guy's website:

The 5147774AC looks similar, but does not cross-reference to a 68100895AB.
I have no experience with DEA/Marmon. Can you get OE Beck Arnley?

I did check beck arnley and I did found that they sell for 200 convertible the part number 514777AC instead of 68100895AB.
IMHO this mean that the two items are identical, isn't it?
let's check the ebay list specifically for 200 convertible limited.

You can try it, I checked Chrysler's supersedence that lists the 68100895AA as the previous part, before it was changed to 68100895AB.

Nothing is said about 5147774AC. That part is listed as the rear mount insulator for a Dodge Journey/Fiat Freemont (JC-body).

The dimensions may be the same? The rubber rigidity may be different?

The Delphi FG1139 doesn't state if it is for PZEV or not.
If the manufacturers could have one part number cover all applications, they would.
Other manufacturers (and Mopar) use separate part numbers for PZEV (EDG) and Non-PZEV (ED3). Something is different about them. What exactly, I don't know.

The Carter P76509M states that it is for Non-PZEV (ED3, which your car is).

So Giuseppe, when do you begin your vacation? 😉

I'm looking to fix the pump issue. It is a good idea replacing only the pump with this kit, or is better all new?

If you still have the fuel level sensor fault & the long cranking time upon the first start of the day, I would replace the whole fuel pump assembly.
The fuel level sensor & one-way check-valve break-down is a separate problem than the fuel pump motor.

  1. Pull upward at forward edge of the cushion (3) at each retainer loop of the rear seat cushion to disengage the retainer loops from cups in the floor (2).
  2. Guide the seat belts through the loops.
  3. Remove the rear seat cushion from vehicle.
It can be stubborn and may need a strong upwards tug.

Today I went to the garage for to replace the fuel pump. The strain is very strong to remove, and also in the garage or was very difficult to take away.

anyway after a while they take it off.

back to this discussion. I tried the car with new pump, the problem decrease but still some problem during the start after long time off.
Spark plugs and coils are brand new, fuel pump is also new. Where I have to look more?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge that you can attach to the fuel rail?
Watch for rapid fuel pressure decay after shut off & slow fuel pressure build at key-on.
Regulated fuel pressure should be about 330-380 kPa (48-55 psi).
When you swapped the pump, did you notice any debris on the bottom of the fuel tank?
Any signs of contamination or debris in the old fuel pump?

no I don't have a pressure gauge meter, so could show me where to attach it? I did found many type of it on ebay.
In any case, the car with the previuos pump and with the new pump, drive normally at any speed and if I stop and start few time in the same day for a time below 1 hour, it will start normally. Today I did full refill the tank just to check the level gauge in dashboard.
During the pump swap I didn't see any debris in the tank, just some outsite all around the old pump (see the photos).
Could be the problem related to some temperature sensor?
Of course, just in case it is ok I did save the old pump, maybe it is ok.
This is the only small problem in my car, I enjoy it every day :)

The plastic fuel line is released from the fuel rail & the adapter hose shown above goes between the hose & the rail.
Be gentle as old, heat-cycled plastic may be brittle & break somewhat easily. See the attached to determine which type of quick-connect you have and use the appropriate tool to release it.

The gauge fitting screws onto the fitting at the center of the adapter hose.
Start the engine & make sure that there are no leaks. Shut the engine off & the gauge will drop a bit. As the car sits over-night, the gauge may be at zero in the morning.
It should jump up to operating pressure at key on. If it takes a couple of (off-on) key cycles to get to the operating pressure, there is still a problem.

In other days I did get only P0302 and P0301.
the C3103 is strange, it doesn't come often but it is the first time I see it. For sure there is a problem in the fuel pressure, I'm waiting to be able to measure it, but it's possible any trouble with the camshaft sensor?

The C3103, P3001 & P3003 don't exist for this car. I suspect that it is an anomaly with the 'generic' OBD2 scan tool.
These codes may not appear with a different reader.

No camshaft/crankshaft timing relationship or MultiAir sensors/solenoid faults are there.
The #1 fuel injector code is 'pending' & hasn't matured yet.
If I were to solve for this, I would look very closely at P0171 that could cause P0300. Check the fuel pressure first. Sample some fuel into an empty soda bottle and look for foam or bubbles in the fuel stream.

Check for wiring harness rub-through at the left motor mount:
