foglight program using alphaOBD

I would like to add the foglight function to my 2011 chrysler 200. I added everything physically but I'm reluctant to try and add this to the computer due to my inexperience. I can use the AlphaOBD to access the program but when I go to change the program in the Active Diagnostic screen, there are several pulldown boxes which require information. The first box is Find Setting. I believe the correct selection is Configurable Output: Front Fog Lamps. The second box is Select Value. The selections are Not Set and Set. Which is the correct selection? Is there anything else that I will need to do with the programming?
