I can't vouch for the quality, workmanship or fit of non-Mopar parts. There have been vendors on ebay that will sell you a pre-painted part for a little more money.
Depending on the severity of the impact, be aware that there could be significant damage under the bumper cover that would also require attention.
Examples of aftermarket rear bumpers:
Check the evaporative emissions canister that's back there on the left rear (at least on gen 1), make sure no cracks, damaged or loose hoses or check valves. We had a VERY minor tap, 5 mph, and not long after that have been getting code P0441 intermittently for several years, never tracked it down.
