Hello 200 Chrysler 2013 touring 3.6L V6 stalls on highway

Hello my 2013. Touring 200 stalls at high speeds when I hit the accelerate hard. Licking and brakes don’t work have to coast almost got into an accident. Used dealer shop said it’s a throttle body issue it’s a v6
