Hi everyone!

My wife and I just inherited a 2015 Chrysler 200LX from her father's passing. Very pleased with the vehicle but her uncle says there is a secret hiding compartment that her father had in the car. Does anyone have any idea of where that could be? I have done a bit of searching but nothing has surfaced.

Thanks in advance!

Other than what dgriffi2 suggested, there is no hidden compartment that I'm aware of.

There is ine hidden inside the big compartment under stereo under the rubber mat
Not secret. In owners manual. ;) That compartment encloses the manual park release lever, which is there to put the transmission in neutral if there is no electrical power. i.e., with a dead battery or failed electrical system, to be able push the car out of a garage to jump start it or make it rollable onto a tow truck . Necessary as the shift knob / switch is useless without electrical power.
