Can I set the fan start temperature lower than in factory settings?

This would be nice if we could, I think 230+ degrees it to high befor it comes on.

I think that because the car was certified as emissions-compliant, the cooling fan 'on' temperature is set at a certain temperature & not adjustable.
Initially, the fan should start out at a low-speed at 220℉ (104℃) and ramp up to a higher-speed at 230℉ (110℃).

Can I set the fan start temperature lower than in factory settings?

My first question is why do you want to lower the temperature? Keep in mind, for the most part engines run more efficiently at higher temperatures since it is easier for the fuel to vaporize and burn.
