I installed an AEM cold air intake on my 2016 Chrysler 200 2.4l and the Electronic throttle body sensor now comes on when I give it gas. What can cause this and how can I fix it? I have a mechanic nearby that’ll tune for $700, but I’m trying to wait to have it done until I add all my upgrades. Or until it’s necessary.

Check the AIT sensor that was in the original intake hose. Shouldve been re-installed on the new one. Check that its plugged in and not damaged.

Everything is plugged in correctly. It only turns on when I gas it.

My suggestion is to return everything to stock and see if the problem persists.

Just an opinion here.
Tuning, or attempting to extract more power from the 2.4 won't gain you much, if any improvement.
