It looks like the radiator outlet hose. Look for 'Mopar #68104977AC' or equivalent. Maybe not normally stocked at auto parts stores due to its complexity. Google it. Call some dealer parts depts. Dorman might make one?

My Chrysler 200 is having windshield washer problems. It won’t spray even reservoir is full. But if I open up the hood and push the windshield washer it will spray down into the motor. Could something be kinked?
Welcome to the forum. It may be kinked or pinched where the hood hinges pivot?
The hose runs down the passenger (right) side of the engine compartment. Trace the hose path and look for any damage.

The plastic hood nozzles on these get brittle from engine heat after a few years and break. It may need a pair of nozzles. Item #8, Mopar part # 68024312AB, Qty:2.

Are you sure that's not leaking from the plastic connector piece, at the end of the right side of that hose in your picture? Mine completely cracked and blew off. Turns out they completely eliminated that plastic connector piece, and changed to a solid metal pipe from that point on to the thermostat. Just used a band clamp to connect to that rubber upper radiator hose and it's been fine since. Dealer only part as well.
