Welcome to the forum. The bezel used to be replaceable, but the design was changed a couple of times.
The bezel may be heat-staked onto the armrest? If so, that would mean that you could get them from any door panel.
The part can be painted to match.
A discussion here (I see you were in this thread also):
Hi! I am trying to help a neighbor repair their door panels, but I am having a hard time finding the window switch bezels that need to be replaced. The switches themselves work just need to plastic bit that goes around them. The car is a 2011 hardtop convertible Chrysler 200 S. If you can help...

Do you have the missing triangular chip? There are interior panel repair service professionals out there. We used a guy who had a mobile service that would visit the used car dealers all day and restore car interiors. After his repairs, you couldn't tell where the crack was. He did leather, vinyl and molding trim. He could match colors.
He had the materials, tools & expertise.
The armrest flexes a little when opening & closing the door, so this repair will have to be strong (more than just cosmetic). Look in your area for a trim repair service.
Once repaired, you don't want this to happen again.
Consult with the guy. Get his thoughts and an estimate.
Have a broken piece of trim that’s not available anymore? Here’s how to fix it right.
