I had a code reader put on my car and it read back catalytic misfire found out I need to change 02 sensors and change plugs. Changed the up stream check engine light still on and car runs bad still so I changed the downstream and the same. I don't know what else it could b was trying to avoid the shop any thoughts on this would help.

Welcome to the forums. What are the actual 'P' codes you are getting? Did the same codes come back?
There are catalyst efficiency and there are misfire codes, but no 'catalytic misfire' code.
A misfire will send unburned oxygen in the exhaust past the O2 sensor, so a pegged sensor code may be telling us the truth.
Use of OEM (not necessarily Mopar) replacement parts may be an important consideration here.
