2015 200c. Recently the odometer started flashing. Not the whole dash, just the odometer. (kind of like the flashing you get on most cars when you need to reset the maintenance light). The heated seats and steering wheel have also stopped working. Car otherwise runs fine. I'm thinking something in the computer needs to be re synchronized to fix the odometer, and the seats and steering wheel possibly a fuse? Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. That control module synchronization is called a PROXI alignment or configuration. Some module may have lost communication with the BCM recently?:

Unless you purchase or know someone who has a tool like an ALFAOBD?
I'm giving you my best guess as I haven't actually diagnosed your car.

Sorry for update old thread
I run proxy alignment by alfaobd and find 3 proxy in error.
What means ? And how to solve it ?
1. Instrument panel cluster IPC
2. Entertainment telematic module LTM/ETM/HTM
3. Comfort seat and wheel module CSWM

Any stored fault codes?
Are the sales codes for the modules present in the BCM & can you communicate with these modules with the alfaobd?

Yes alfaobd find 5 fault code:
U1514
U0184
B2204
B16E7
B162A

I can commision with IPC and test it. Its ok.
I dont know what is telematic module
And i can commision whit cswm but it no any item for test

All of these fault codes are seemingly unrelated to each-other. I would address one at a time unless you find something that may relate them together.
Normally I would see patterns that led to a single cause, but these codes don't follow that rule.

The PCM seems to have lost its SKIM key code. Does the car still start? Is the red dot 'security' light on in the cluster?
Are you using a different 'key'?

The BCM has lost communication with the radio. Has the radio been changed? Does it work?

We know that the PROXI is incomplete. The B2204 code is mentioned in the STAR_PROXI issues attachment above.

Have the license plate bulbs been changed to something other than the specified W5W bulb? Do they both light?

Have the headlamp bulbs been changed to an unspecified bulb? Does the left low beam work?

Car start and driving is ok
A add a new keyfob and use it last 1 year and it no problem

Radio updated to uconnect 8.4 and it work normally

License plate lamp changed with LED bulb

Headlump changed with aftermarket Xenon HID

I would erase the fault codes and see which ones come back.

If the license plate bulbs draw too much or too little current (LED), it can set a B16E7 fault.
Any of the 5 watt 'cross-reference' bulbs should substitute OK or install a parallel resistor to increase current draw to about 10 watts.

Same with the headlamp bulbs. If you can get the bulbs to draw close to the expected current load, the codes should not set.

The dealership tool (WiTech2) probably can't either. They have gotten very strict about car theft and 'hot' parts lately.
The next higher echelon would be an 'Authorized Chrysler electronics repair depot'.
Not having or being able to learn the correct VIN may make trouble for the PROXI alignment.

I have to ask my service manager for secret 4-digit radio or key codes. I used to be able to look them up for myself.
I have used United Radio for module configuration. That means shipping it to Syracuse & back. Everything is so protected right now.

I checked CSWM module for hardware and it show car has front heat seat and steering heat. I present this in alfaobd and then proxy allignment, CSWM proxy will be OK !
i check all of items about IPC , all items is ok but IPC proxy have fault

I could find nothing about this issue on the Chrysler website. It sounds like an alfaobd-specific issue, not a car issue?
Would this be similar to SQL data length/format or stack crash issues on computers?
