I have a 2015 chrysler 200s 3.6l I have replaced the oil cooler 4 times, any idea why it keeps breaking? I ordered 2 online bought 1 used and finally bought 1 at the dealer. Help please

I don't think that the oil cooler is the problem. Can you cap off or plug the coolant passages to verify that the OFA holds pressure?

Are you replacing the o-rings with OEM? Any distortion of the o-rings or damage at the block mating surfaces?

Are you sure that the oil left behind in the cooling system isn't from the previous OFA leaks? Sometimes it can be difficult to remove all traces of oil from the cooling system.

Still, something is very wrong. It shouldn't have gone through 4 of the plastic ones. They aren't that bad and the newer ones haven't been a problem.
Try to find out where it is actually leaking from. It may not be the OFA at all.

If you live in an environment with hot and cold seasons, and you bought generic ones online, it's very possible for them to fail as the weather changes.
