I've got a 2012 3.6L 200, recently I've been looking into modifying my exhaust either by just removing the muffler, or installing a glasspack exhaust, and I have some questions:

-Where can I find the dimensions of the stock exhaust system?
-What kind of metal is the stock exhaust made of?
-What are the best methods to install/just remove the muffler?
-What type of metal should the new pipes be?

If you have any advice l, recommendations, or warnings, please tell me anything, the more info the better!

There is some 'performance' exhaust pieces out there. The stock system should be 2.5" O.D. It is stainless steel pipe (except for the welds) for a long life.
Much of the aftermarket uses 'aluminized' steel which will rust, but is more affordable than stainless.
Don't expect any real unleashed horsepower, it's the sound you're after. You might want to keep the resonator, or else it may have an unpleasant snarl or blatt at certain RPMs. Again, I don't know what type of sound (noise) you are looking for.
Much of what fits a Dodge Avenger R/T will fit your 200.
I had a Corsa system on the Neon years ago.
