Rough Idle and hesitation when starting the vehicle

2016 Chrysler 200 3.6 running 46K mile

After The Coolant temperature reaches over 1/4 mark. The hesitation and the rough idle is no longer there.

What do you thing could be the cause of the problem

Might be the engine thermostat? Any codes go off?

-Bad gas? run a tank of name brand high octane (Shell v-power I prefer if avail) see if it clears up.
-Possible bad injector? Theres been a bunch here including myself. Wont throw a code right away and when it does, it will go away shortly after.

Note: This thread began over a year ago.
Both the 2016 2.4L and 3.6L have a software update bulletin that specifically addresses slow, rough idle (the 2015s do as well).
As per the U.S. Extended Federal Emissions warranty, the PCM software updates should be covered for 8yrs/80K miles. I am unsure of the Canadian coverage. Check with your dealer:
