I was at a red light going head with a Mustang
Switched to S Mode for 1st time
It took traction control off I assumed it’s normal
When I launched it revd to 6K rpm I had gotten a lot of wheel spin then I heard a clunk in first gear not sure what happen I didn’t use the paddle shifters or anything switched back to D worried I broke something lol

LOL you didn't break anything. If you rev high in first to second, it slams HARD!. I thought I ripped out a motor mount the first time i did that. Just learn to shift around 5,000 RPM and you'll find you can hang with R/T's. I keep up with my friends 300C no problem. If you are just front wheel drive the hardest part in not getting too much wheel spin off the line. Just have to learn how to feel the car and you will do just fine.
