Hello all. My wife and I are the proud (and VERY happy) owners of a brand new 2015 200c. After a week of turning the dials, buttons and knobs, I'm left with one question. Our 200 is equipped with the 8.4AN uConnect system and I've noticed that I do NOT get cover art when streaming bluetooth audio (just see a default blue box with musical note). I also don't have an option to browse, view tracks, use VR to play a particular album, artist, song, etc. If I copy the same music tracks from my phone to a USB thumb drive and change to the USB audio source, all of those features work fine. As it's obviously not a metadata issue, does anyone know if A) these features SHOULD be available via bluetooh and, B) what protocol(s) need to be present on the phone to allow the functionality to work? I know Chrysler has a list of compatible phones (which is pretty short if you're not an Android fan), but I'm more interested in knowing what's required for it to work rather than being directed to their tested options. I have also discovered the SMS integration with our phones doesn't work but I was able to track that down to a lack of the Messaging Access Protocol (MAP). Wondering if this is related.

Thank you in advance for any information/suggestions.

I have my Nexus 5 paired to the car and don't get album art. I haven't tried the other features but I can test those out later.

I looked at the uconnect compatiblity checker and notice that my phone shows compatiblity for album art only via usb. There is no option for album art over bluetooth on the checker. http://www.uconnectphone.com/

I think it may be dependent on the particular music player that you use, some transfer that meta data through ad2P... But to be honest, I've tried it with multiple ones and neither worked... google play, Samsung music player, Spotify, win amp, just to name a few. But with my iPod connected (160GB, and almost full) it loads that album art no problem...

I think once it gets the google Auto update later this year or early next year, it should populate just fine...

It would be very nice if it did though!

Good catch on the options chart. I didn't notice the absence of the Album Art feature (or it's existence under USB for that matter). Not the end of the world. I have a low-profile usb stick coming to throw all of our music on. We use the bluetooth streaming for audiobooks so navigating to different tracks really isn't an issue anyway. Would just have been nice to get the album art. Thanks for the replies everyone.
