USB Port Dead

Tried to use the USB port to charge my iPhone and no luck. Just bought the car, 2015 S with 117K. Car looks and drives great, just have this USB issue. I see to update the Nav database you need this USB port to work.

There is no power to those ports without the ignition on.
As for the NAV, in my opinion google maps is a better alternative, or whatever is loaded on your phone.
