I have 45K miles

No issues whatsoever except AC blower because of the sound. Transmission jerking also.

Just stay away from 2015, don’t buy it. It’s considered the worst sedan vehicle of 2015 because of reliability issues.
However, They solved most of the problems by 2016

V6 is the way to go. It’s the best engine. It has less problem than 4 cylinders
I'll disagree. The 2015 doesn't have reliability issues. Just some magazines claimed it did. Many posters on this forum have a 2015, including me. Many are at, or over 100K miles with no problems. Excellent car, providing all updates to the software were performed.

3.6 Pentastar is the way to go, but the 2.4 multi-air is an great choice too. I've seen 39 MPG on a road trip with ours.
Both engines are good.

Well , where do You want me to start

Thermostat
Leaks from coolers
Gasket
Transmission

There are many complaints about 2015 in this forum

this guy whose is an owner that describes a car as lemon. You can’t prove that he is wrong or he is lying about his own car. He had so many problems that he may no have had if he bought 2016 model !!

First model always has problems. Thats why you should avoid it

Car complaints made by customers also prove it.

https://www.carcomplaints.com/Chrysler/200/

There is a significant decrease in complaints. That’s like 1/6 which is 2016 model has 82% less problems than 2015 model !!

I know that are many factors that plays a role in that decrease like for exampleTotal sales by the year

But Its clear to me that car had less issues.

2015 - Chrysler sold "nearly" 178,000 200's
2016 - Little over 62,000 - May have been better quality, but we may not hear much on it with how fewer were sold.

GoodCarBadCar has 2000 complaints for 2015 model year. Ok, won't deny there were many people that greatly disliked, had actual issues or were just down right annoyed as "F" at the way this transmission shifts. Oh and that youtuber, yea he may have had issues, but what a dull video. Remember watching that a few years ago and that video was not going to prevent me from buying anything.

But 2000 complaints out of 178k cars.....as my daughter would say...."meh" This site is just for complaints for just the people with issues. It doesn't really give a good overall opinion of a product.

Would find Consumer Reports more believable. Which I think they too didn't recommend the car, but, their initial YouTube videos' were positive of the 200.

Agree!

If a handful of people have "X" issues on a car forum - it doesn't mean everyone with the same vehicle will have the same issues.

Having that type of mentality would have prevented me from ever experiencing the most favorite car I have owned to date - my 2015 Chrysler 200 S AWD - less than 1000 miles away from the 100K mark, zero transmission problems.
