Thanks for posting this. Note that all the codes are 'Stored', this means that they happened at one time, but are not 'Active' now. This can be frustrating because sometimes you need the fault to be active in order to find the problem. If the issue isn't there, all the tests will pass.

Were these codes read before or after the battery replacement? We have a conflicting Voltage High/Voltage Low message from the ABS:

Have you tried erasing the codes and see what comes back? In the old days, one could disconnect the battery to reset and erase codes. Nowadays, erasure must be done with a scan tool.

There is a TSB # 10-001-20 for the Airbag code (B0028-13). They recommend doing both front seats, even though your RF has had the problem.
It is a matter of installing jumpers inside the seat. It is involved work as the seats have to come out of the car and taken apart:

The other problems make me think of wiring issues (bad or loose connections, rub-throughs where the bare wire is grounding out on some metal, etc).

Replacing the battery may have 'fixed' some voltage-low faults. A battery booster or jump start might have caused the voltage-high faults. This is kinda why it might help to erase them first and then see what returns.
Read through the 'Possible Causes' to find commonalities between the faults. By narrowing down the possible causes, we can zero in on and nail the culprit.
Modules can fail, but failure is rare. More than one failing at the same time is rarer still. It is usually the simple things that fail, but finding out where it is can be 98% of the time it takes to fix the concern.
