Have a 2015 200 & the battery died, bad cell. Replaced the battery & now the odometer is flashing, check engine light is on, no AC/Heat what so ever & throwing code U0164 which is lost community HVAC control module. Any one have any ideas or experience with this issue? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum. As stated above, the car has lost PROXI configuration. It is a communication line between the BCM (body control module) and the various computers. Maybe just lost between the BCM & HVAC (heating, ventilation & A/C) modules?

Any recent service, dead battery or did this just happen? Battery terminals must be clean & tight.
Sometimes a battery disconnect, pause a few moments & reconnect works. Sometimes it has to finish running a routine and then it will restore PROXI by itself.

If nothing with the car has changed and the odometer continues to flash, it will need a scan tool capable of running a BCM PROXI configuration alignment:
