Welcome to the forums. If it became a safety concern, there would be a recall on it. So far it is just an expensive annoyance. The bushings are captive, meaning that they won't fall out & the car suddenly loses control.
At this point, Chrysler may offer an Extended Warranty on them. That seems doubtful also as the last 200 UF was built almost 7 years ago.

There are some other cars that have these 'nuisance' bushing deterioration issues also.
We were looking into the possibility of replacing the bushings in the original knuckle with matching generics. The aluminum knuckle casting is a large part of the assembly's expense.

Thank you for telling us how this all ended. I'm sorry that the car had more issues, but that extended warranty very likely paid for itself...and then some! ;) We've had these rear bushings come up a couple of times here. I'm still open to measuring & attempting to press new bushings into a used knuckle if this turns into a more widespread failure as these cars age.
I have the same issue with my 2015 2.4 Limited, 127,000 miles. IMO, this was a very bad design that is biting owners in the butt..unless you had that nice extended warranty. These knuckles are WAY overpriced, and they must use the cheapest bushings they could find! Being a mechanic, I am inclined to press and replace my own bushings. I am going to buy a used rear knuckle and attempt to build a jig to hold it for pressing. Will report back with my success or failure at a later date.

My upper rear knuckle bushing went out on my 2015 chrysler 200. I found this forum and went ahead and ordered the 2014 knuckles that Powerslavepa listed on post #16. I was able to change them out, granted i had the appropriate tools, but the 2014 chrysler 200 knuckle worked. I only had to replace the upper rear knuckle.

Edit: meant to say upper rear knuckle bushing

Welcome to the forum. Powerslavepa is no longer with the forum. The 2014 Mopar part number is different than the 2015.
Are you sure everything lined up OK (left knuckle shown)?
There is only one knuckle. Did you mean an upper control arm?
